Rockville resident Sophia Isabella Roach, 15, has not been seen by friends and family since Tuesday, July 11, and without her cellphone, raising alarm bells for investigators.

The teen was last seen at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday night in the 5600 block of Whitney Mill Way in Rockville.

According to the national Black and Missing Foundation, it is believed that Roach was lured online prior to her disappearance.

The girl was described as being bi-racial, 5-foot-2, weighing 110 pounds with long straight black hair, brown eyes, and glasses. She is considered by officials to be "endangered."

Anyone with information regarding Roach or her whereabouts has been asked to call 911 or their local police department.
